My love for the Chiefs is well-known, and I'm still able to discuss their team without bias. This deal doesn't make much sense. You'll need Ford dringendly. There's not a single reliable edge rusher on the roster right now following the news that Ford was traded and Justin Houston was cut. Who's going rush the passer?
Yes yes, the Chiefs did make improvements at safety by bringing in Tyrann Mathieu, but he will only be able to protect the pass for so long. To date, the Chiefs haven't taken any steps to improve their cornerback, but again, they have no exterior pass rusher which is crucial to their success in Madden NFL 24. And, with the Chiefs typically winning at the final game passing rushers are of more worth. Ford was a player that they desperately needed in 2019.
If you view this trade from the Chiefs' side I can understand the reason why they wanted to secure anything offer him following the Giants have turned Landon Collins loose for nothing. If nobody
cheap MUT 24 Ccoins wanted to offer more and Ford was not part of their long-term plans, then they should get rid of Ford. It's an economic angle, but not from a practical perspective.
